- Two color photographs measuring 35 x 45 mm, with your face occupying 80% of the photo, without sunglasses;
- A certificate from your place of employment indicating your position, length of service with the company, salary, duration of the trip, and a letter of guarantee (if the trip is being sponsored by the organization);
- A bank statement confirming the applicant’s financial stability for the past three months;
- Copies of previous passports (if available);
- Proof of payment of the $100 Canadian consular fee;
- An invitation from the host.
